PRIVATE LESSONS:
All Payments are payable to Nexus Art And Music Center and due on the 1st of the month for 4 individual monthly lessons (one per week.)
Your credit or debit card will be charged each month through recurring billing.
Payments for Private Lessons are by the month and due before the 1st lesson. Accounts not paid by the 1st of the month are still liable for the whole month and subject to suspension until paid in full.
GROUP LESSONS:
Payment is due monthly before the first class. There are no make up classes for group lessons unless the class was unavailable at the prescheduled time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Students please be on time for your lesson. Your instructor has set aside your time slot for you and is not compensated when you cancel your lesson. If you need to cancel your lesson a make up class will be provided by your teacher according to their availability via one of the following methods:
REFUND POLICY:
If a scheduled lesson falls on a day when Nexus Art And Music Center is closed or in the event the instructor is unavailable an in person make up lesson will be scheduled or your account will be credited for the lesson.
Customers may cancel lessons with a 24 hour notice for a full refund prior to attending class. Customers are entitled to a prorated refund on remaining lessons not attended.

LATE FEE:
A $5. dollar late fee will be charged to your credit or debit card if you are enrolled for private lessons and your payment is 7 days late.

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy:
We have a 30 day return policy on merchandise. Return merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and show no signs of wear or damage caused by use. All Items must also include original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Items with excessive wear may be subject to a disqualification, unless the item is being returned because it was received damaged. Your refund will be credited immediately upon inspection after determining that said item is still in its original condition.
